What are your terms and conditions?

Accounts more than 7 days overdue will attract a weekly account keeping fee of $28 unless prior arrangement has been made. Interest will be charged at 16% calculated daily on outsanding balance.

Accounts which go to Collection Agency for collection will have legal costs and commission added to the claim.

Account queries or workmanship queries must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.

All unpaid goods are the property of Kookaburra Plumbing and may be removed without notice at your expense.

All invoices generated by our office to non account holding customers will incur a $50 administration fee.
